设施老化，服务较差，房价偏高，整体较差。昨日住进今天退房，因为被告知不允许退房，有些人还被告知说有人要在那培训，是吗？明明是公务员考试准备酝酿涨价，还找个借口把前面的人都赶走，就这酒店设施也能有4星？

卫生很差，床单上甚至有头发和不干净的痕迹，我叫服务人员给现换得床单和被罩。
根本不值288这个价位。而且通过艺龙订的价格并不便宜，酒店标价比艺龙的还便宜！

酒店地处繁华地带，临街车辆非常多，比较吵闹，不临街的房间还是比较安静的！服务也不错，值得推荐。

酒店有临街的房间非常吵闹，因为入住的时候已经是晚上11点左右，酒店没有房间可以调换，经和同程及酒店联系在第二天就调换了房间，酒店和同程的服务都非常好！

酒店位置不错，在民族大道与雄楚大道的交叉口，距中南民大北区学生公寓走路5分钟。但楼不高，靠路一边噪声大。宾馆前台接待感觉还好，进客房看，达不到四星，不如云南三星酒店。早点品种少，每天都不变，没一点肉，绿菜做的像猪食，热干面是用油和酱油拌的，餐厅服务员多，不干事，闲站着，监视你，吃早点感觉压力大，吃不饱。
