  立地は上海駅の北口のすぐ前なので鉄道?地下鉄?長距離バスなどの利用者にとっては便利。ただ、ホテルの出入り口から鉄道?地下鉄の入り口までは歩くと思ったより時間がかかる。また、駅南口と異なり北口はまだ再開発中で商店?食堂などは意外に少ないので、駅前の便利さを期待するとちょっと不便に感じるかも。ホテル自体は中級ホテルという感じ。豪華ではないが、それなりの設備と安心感はある。部屋の設備?清掃も十分。部屋からの眺望は良かったが、上海らしさは感じられなかった。駅側の部屋なら良かったかも。朝食のビュッフェも質?量とも不満なし。残念だったのは部屋のテレビの表面が傷だらけでテレビが見にくかった事。上海を中継点にして鉄道で旅する人が一泊する人にとっては利用価値があるホテルだと思う。
