每次来嘉善必须住城市宾馆，前台潘经理、钱经理服务都很热情，相对于同类型的酒店工作人员来说也更专业，细致周到!还有很贴心的客房打扫人员，有一次洗了衣服挂卫生间喝酒很晚才回来发现工作人员特意将我的衣服挂在了靠窗的位置，为了能更快干。如果还挂卫生间我第二天就得穿湿衣服了。事情虽小，但是我们长期出差的人会很珍惜陌生人给予我们每个微小的感动。客房卫生打扫地有很细致干净。住宿多次从没有感觉到房间有异味或脏污，尤其夏季潮湿环境也不会有霉味!
