是非常满意的一次入住 度过了愉快的国庆中秋佳节 。酒店从环境布置 中秋吃食到服务细节 处处体现了专业体贴和温馨 让人倍感舒适。遇到的每一位服务员都特别真诚 早餐晚餐也很有特色。

本次滇东南行目前最满意的一次入住体验，管家提前一天就与我联系确定行程了解入住需求，非常贴心，酒店环境古色古香，早餐定制很精致米线非常好吃，第一次品嚐普洱气泡水，门衞大哥帮忙提行李上三楼非常辛苦。下次建水行还会再次入住。

订了两间房，预订后通过携程留了言，父母套房和我们双床房被安排在隔壁，很方便。
??服务：微信电话都提前沟通，主要接触前台和餐厅，周到细致，很满意。
??环境：木质装饰传统匠心和现代精细化随处可见，楼梯级高很合理一点不陡走着不累，套房大床，有沙发和茶具套装，用具质感都很不错。
精致下午茶: 茶水甜品和水果，胜在清闲自在，专程来体验拍照的不少，可见受关注程度。
??衞生：餐厅房间公共区域，一直看到服务员在各处忙，服务员感觉没那么多，但植物养护、鱼池和设备都有看到在清理整理。
??餐饮：第一顿，到的时候午后，吃到了近年来最惊艳的蛋炒饭，没有之一，三碗米线两碗蛋炒饭5个成人120吃的好满足，饭香蛋香粒粒香。第二顿是紫陶街失望而归，还好和管家预约了本源餐厅晚饭，又是远超想象的美味，油淋乾巴，原味汽锅鸡，石榴花炒猪肉，煎包，米豆腐，土豆……品质口味性价比都很满意

建水两千多一晚的酒店，连续三天洗澡水均是如此，酒店给出的解释是暴雨市政管网问题，放放就好，结果放了几池均如此，同伴房间也如此。本想市政如此也算不可抗因素，结果发现凉水完全没问题，这酒店实在可恶，哄骗客人还理直气壮。装修再豪华，连基本安全的用水都做不到，极不安全．太不负责任！

古色古香的中式建筑，一步一景，中式美学就是无可比拟。早餐种类不多，但味道很棒，吃得出来是现做而非预制菜品，两位长者赞不绝口。孩子没吃早餐，我们带走了几个中式小饼，孩子吃完了还想吃??下次来建水，还要来这里住

酒店地理位置绝佳，去哪都很近，饭后广慈湖边散步还有点西湖边的感觉??
酒店是跑马转角楼建筑，非常有特色的酒店，低调奢华有内涵，恰到好处的完美，雨中的园景也别有一番风味。
另外感谢赵经理无微不至的服务，耐心讲解了建水历史，特色游玩和餐饮，非常nice，早餐品类不算多但很精美，游玩回来在酒店坐着赏鱼下午茶，巴适得很。
建水之行因此加分不少，强推！

Very beautiful hotel built with traditional methods. Very kind service and a short cab ride to the ancient city. Highly recommended. Restaurant is ok - maybe we didn't order the right dishes; wasn't as delicious as expected. A friendly lady was making local grilled tofu for guests - she gave us lots of sightseeing tips and her hospitality is much appreciated.

I loved staying in this hotel - the traditional Chinese architecture was beautiful and our room was so spacious and comfy. Service was excellent and the staff really made us feel at home. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast as well - all the dishes tasted so good and there was a wide variety too.

住的好后面又续住了一晚。就是时间有些匆忙，没有去吃下午茶。宝宝看到锦鲤很高兴，工作人员给了2份鱼饵给宝宝喂鱼。
