前台服务态度极度恶劣，房间已提前订好，已交预付款。结果进房间后发现房间里有人房间已经提前开出去了。下来找前台服务员好说好商量但是服务员还不搭理你。更可恶的是后来还一副理直气壮的样子要退钱不给我们开房间了。
