房间挺干净，非常好停车，但是设施比较老旧，家俱边缘都掉漆了，厕所的滑门关严了打不开，要抬起来才能滑动，浴室没有门也没门帘，空调制热效果差。

这个酒店交通很方便，出高速很快就到了，就在公路边，同时酒店也好停车，有不错的停车场。但如果住临公路的房间，感觉就有点吵。酒店服务不错，设施有点年代感了，早餐一般。

设备老旧，卫生间灯光昏暗，淋浴水小，如同小鸡尿尿；最可恨的身为四星酒店早餐只提供米线一碗，还理直气壮的声称是因为住客少，根本不配四星标准。

这个酒店挂着4星级酒店的等级，实际设施也就是三星级酒店的水平还略差一点。早餐也就是一般三星级酒店的水平。以建水实际旅游情况和宾馆的价格，要价偏高。酒店服务员不错，老板似乎不够地道。这次在建水，景点旅游体验不错，但酒店不怎么满意，性价比不高。
