We went to celebrate our anniversary ***** with our pet. It was an amazing experience combined with excellent hospitality by Mr. Manvendra Singh (restaurant manager) He made our day so special and unforgettable. We definitely recommend you going here

Don’t let the "Taj" name fool you; the management at Devi Ratn is a shambles. I stayed for two nights and it was a logistical nightmare. I booked two rooms two months in advance, booked directly with the hotel, yet the front desk managed to put us in entirely different buildings. The staff member, Dimsa, was clueless about the layout, and the manager, Nitesh, was completely useless when we tried to fix the situation in the middle of the night. Their lack of accountability is shocking for a "luxury" hotel. Furthermore, the hotel access is terrible. The road is poor and the location is far too isolated. Do yourself a favor and stay at a property in the city center. This place is a beautiful shell run by an incompetent team. Avoid. Good food and rest of the service was good but nothing out of the ordinary. Upon my return to Jaipur I will definitely pick a different hotel and feel terrible to have this experience with the Taj group which I am going to avoid in future. Only saving grace were the golf cart drivers at the property, they were awesome!

We visited Taj Devi Ratn, Jaipur for our first anniversary, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The place already feels magical, but the decoration done by Babulal and Navin took it to another level. Everything was beautifully set up and so thoughtful. A special shoutout to the coordinator, Lekhraj, for making sure every little detail was exactly how we imagined. The hospitality, the ambience, and the overall experience made our day truly special. Highly recommended for anyone looking to celebrate a memorable occasion.

I, Capt SK Mahajan, War Veteran, Indian Navy, went there on 12 September and returned on 13 September 25. It was a short trip though, to celebrate my friend’d 80th, but the impression of the hotel, it’s location and architecture, food, beverages and above all the staff in that would like to specially mention their hostess, Ms Harshita, there, left an everlasting impact on me. Will definitely visit Taj Devi Ratn again and many times over whenever my children visit me from US. Great ambience and wonderful hospitality.
