该酒店可能是不想给同程返利吧。因为是临时决定去的，到酒店门口才在同程网下单，到前台的时候同程网还没有确定订单，和前台说了，前台说网上前一天就已经关闭了，不接网上订单了，他们也不确定订单了，叫我们直接入住，交涉未果。想着既然已经来了就住了，结果进了房间以后收到了同程网的确认短信。这里要赞一下同程网的客服，打电话以后很快给我解决了问题，返现也很快到账。br酒店位置不错，就在建德彩虹桥旁边，夜景很美，出行也比较方便，还可以免费租自行车。就是早餐供应不什么样，我们8:30到餐厅，只有炒面吃了。

到店被告知没有订单？！出示确认短信后依然说没有信息，再三交涉，才不太情愿的安排了房间，却要我们取消同程订单，是否不想给同程返利呀？真差劲！
