本来预订的大床房没有热水，服务员未提前通知我，是我自己打电话问的具体安排哪个房间时才告知我，说给我更换到标间我说行。到酒店后，又变卦了，又说大床房有热水，到房间后，不但没有热水，是没有水。服务员说让我等物业来修，在我要求下（因为旅途太远，到达酒店已经没有力气），更换为其它房间，是一个套房没有加钱，但没有水壶，联系后才给送来，水壶是羊肉味的，套房只是大，但依然没有热水，洗澡只能是温水。因为第二天要参加考试，已经没有时间和力气换房。按照四星级酒店搜索到这家的，实话实说，连基本的热水都没有，没有吹风机等用品，这些连快捷酒店都有的。本人已经从艺龙酒店订完酒店两天，没有任何提醒，去酒店的路怎么走，房间号等都没有通知，直到本人入住当天，自己打电话才知道酒店的详细地址。酒店的早餐也得说说，四星级酒店的早餐只有一种黑米粥，主食只有馒头，然后就是只有海带丝，辣白菜两种咸菜，剩下的就是鸡蛋了，各位，请问你们就是靠装修评的四星吗？我是参加4月23号公务员考试，这个酒店地理位置非常偏远，周围没有超市，如果不是在向阳小学考试，千万不要来这面住，因为距离哪里都远，结账时，服务员又收一次房费，我真无语了，说明后退回

距离考点近很方便，酒店设施环境都很不错，确实是星级酒店的水准，尤其要说电视比一般酒店强太多了，房间真的真的很大啊

非常满意，酒店宽敞，明亮，干净。自己开车不是很远，交通挺方便的，大厅服务人员服务态度超级好，值得再来的酒店。
