离机场不远，位置好。前台人员有问必答，推荐了周围好吃的。出门过桥不远就是海拉尔排名第一的菌香源火锅店，一人一位小火锅，干净卫生，牛羊肉比内地好吃多了，大赞。房间床品舒适，干净，房间隔音好，非常安静，早餐丰盛。超大的停车场，停车方便。

位置好，停车方便。出大门左边步行可到成吉思汗广场；出大门右转步行过桥经过伊敏河，可到达古城。伊敏河畔夜景很漂亮。院里有蒙古包吃饭

我预订酒店之前，主要看差评，预订后还担心是否如差评所述。入住后，除了对住一楼有点不爽外，其他各方面都算OK！不像有些差评所述。下次再来海拉尔还会选择住。

海拉尔是我们进入内蒙古的第一站，这家酒店外观看起来还不错，内部设施相对陈旧，但很干净，达不到5星级酒店设施水准，也就四星级酒店的设施水准。床品干净舒适，洗浴用品质量还不错。酒店前台服务等非常热情细致。符合酒店定位。个人感觉这个酒店有这么好的服务人员，却只有四星级酒店的设施水平可惜了服务人员们的努力。如果可以，希望尽快重新装修酒店客房。

酒店外观很低调，房间确很舒服，很有人性化。有归属感，房间里的热水温度稳定且流水量很大。酒店大堂经理也特别热情，长的也好看。前台服务也很人性化，能记住的两个美女就是大堂经理程慧圆和前台姑娘孙明雪这两个美女长的有好看服务又好，专业技能也很强。
