设施很好，工作人员礼貌热情，服务周到，根本没有差评里面写的那么不堪。自助餐种类偏少，希望改进。水上乐园也不错，里面的消费也不贵，卫生条件也很好，孩子玩的很高兴。

来过好几次，感觉一年不如一年了，设施有些旧的坏的更新不及时，影响了宾客的入住感受。自助餐水平也比较差，咖啡机都是坏的。

这酒店一年不如一年了，设施维修不及时，卫生间的推拉门关不上，洗脸池龙头水太小，墙纸有的地方好像被水泡过，该及时维修更新了。

带着老妈和孩子四个人原定在银泰房车酒店住两天，谁知道第二天酒店停水，海边玩够了，决定往家走再找玩的，大众点评找到这家，晚上到的，先到的酒店，惊喜，环境好，住的舒服，早餐可以，第二天玩水，主要孩子玩的开心，因为在酒店住，我们去的时候室外的温泉还没人，各种温泉随便泡，室内游乐的，没啥惊喜，没有我们去香洲的大，总的来说，玩的很高兴
