全国各地的酒店也住过不少，但我很负责的说该酒店的前台服务是最差的。先不说面带笑容这最基本的没有以外，就是问她一些最基本问题都是噎死人的节奏。除了服务其他如位置、卫生、设施还算对得起房价，必须公证说明一下房间里有非常贴心的设计比如马桶旁边的电话，小夜灯。如果还有机会再来葫芦岛我还是愿意尝试其他酒店没有其他原因，就是服务太差。八月十五那么重要的日子看到一张讨厌的脸。

很好的一家酒店，温馨，舒适，地理位置也不错，早餐品种不多，但都家常小菜还算可口，总体评价还好的酒店，就是服务员素质不高，一脸的欠了好多钱的感觉，不过不在意就没什么了。
