酒店地点较好，但设施陈旧，服务落后，前台男服务员待客态度生硬，尤其是看到在网上订房的客人，连一句礼貌语言都不会说，表情冷漠。该酒店表示从不允许客人在订房入住前观看客房内部条件，有种愿者上钓的感觉。

酒店地理位置较好，西湖对面，到西湖观光较为方便，房间硬件配备较为独特，例如房卡插销，空调开关，床头控制开关灯均体现了20世纪末的贵风斑迹，很多东西较为原始，却流露经典。但浴缸给人感觉不是太舒服，可能是空间原因。

地理位置优越，但是房价异味重，而且年久失修，连插座用的都是以前的老实的，要用专用的排插才能用，感觉面临转型了，不然很难竞争过新时代的快捷酒店

前台服务态度不好，为什么叫一个人不能订双人房，有那条法律规定的，扯淡，收了钱后说没得退，房内装修老到不行，比我住车站宾馆还差，幸在楼层服务员服务不错，这个可以打点分。装修服务有待改善。地理环境很方便，对面就西湖，隔壁就步行街，这方面不错。
