酒店就在西湖旁，出正门左转不远就是步行街和小吃街。到小金口中海汤泉的209快线车站也在那附近，交通十分方便。入住酒店时，前台接待热情，主管也很干练贴心，分配的是22健康楼层的2211房，房间宽敞明亮，窗外西湖美景完全映入眼帘。入住5天先后遇到4位房间服务员都不错，其中第2天的房间服务生(帅哥)及时为我们解决了空调小问题，第4天的女服务员(老家湖北的)服务热情周到，让我们体会到了家的温暖。值得一提的，还有门囗的苏健等帅哥们，辛苦地帮我们叫车提行李，尤其感谢苏健帅哥在非常时期还帮忙预约了去深圳机场的用车！衷心感谢酒店的这些优秀员工在节假日来临之际仍坚守岗位为我们这些游客提供了优质服务。另外，酒店的早餐也不错。这次虽然肺炎传染大形势不容我们再延住，相信下次来惠州过冬我们仍然会选择该酒店。
