有4星的设施，服务非常一般，人员不专业，总体感受一般，但停车场保安员很贴心，很仔细，感觉比较好。离景区比较近，周边环境也好，景区内的酒店估计都这样吧

在西递镇附近，香溪谷的条件算是最好的了，基本上达到四星的标准，而且距离西递古民居游览区也非常近，走路只要十来分钟。

黄山香溪谷旅游度假酒店网上显示5星级，但是去一看，是一个较旧的酒店，估计15年前装修，房间内墙纸起皮，地毯旧旧的，跟正常的5星级不能比，性价比不高*
