服务蛮亲切的。自助餐提醒大家不要浪费食物的告示牌建议可以在取餐区多放几个，并且字写大一点，挑夫挑上山、下山真的不容易。

酒店在光明顶附近，住宿环境非常不错，酒店客服人员都很热情，进酒店有种宾至如归的感觉，让人觉得非常温暖，住宿那天山里下着雨，服务人员告知酒店提供免费姜汤，喝了好几杯，旅途劳顿瞬间减轻很多，房间里面马桶都是电子冲水马桶，还有小爱音响的陪伴，床单被套都很干净，早餐也很丰富，还提供看日出的羽绒外套，酒店处处彰显人性化，价格虽然贵但是住完后你会发现物有所值，下山前管家客服美女还送了两盒茶叶和巧克力伴手礼，白云宾馆真的很推荐！下次游玩黄山还会来白云宾馆！最幸运的是看到了日出！
