网上订房确认订单超慢网上确认成功，酒店竟然没订单信息，退房时竟然酒店还不开发票，基础设施有差又老旧床又小又窄，衣柜竟然还有蟑螂，价格也贵，本以为三星级酒店会带来不一样的体验，没想到体验这么差，服务也差，下次不会选择了。

20号住的时候第二天很早就给我打来电话，说什么退房什么的，然后我一看时间7：25！然后我说了句我现在不退房就挂了。今天入住结果晚上12停电了！停水什么的都还可以忍，居然停电！大哥，这是夏天啊！而且我是一个人住啊！我还是女孩子啊！我很怕啊！麻烦你以后可不可以在房间里准备一根蜡烛啊！前台电话也打不通！真的是好气哦！

我住的经济单人房A，厕所门口地毯，黑的湿的，不知道渗水还是怎么。沙发还是凳子，坐下去，能感觉到支撑的横梁。房间装修极差极老，我这房间能看到掉漆。插座离床头稍有距离，就是只能放床头充电，没法用。我是12点的飞机，到酒店大概一点多，前台态度差，说话像欠了她钱一样。我是订的b型房，因为没有了，所以给我升了一个档次的A型房。对了，我第一次来重庆，酒店电视都是这样打开了直接推销黄色电影的吗？不是的话，这算什么？欺诈消费？
