酒店很气派，服务周到，停车场很大，位置好找，办事相当方便，房间宽敞，标间1张床可以睡2个人，床上用品非常舒服，早点丰富，最喜欢红米线、糯包谷和红薯，最厉害的是大堂几块大板，听说前台那块价值上百万。对了，酒店门口还有个很漂亮的湖，环境优美，最适合饭后散步，这次入住体检很满意，以后来红河，一定再住云梯酒店！

酒店地理位置很好，是当地最大最好的酒店，当天入住的时候因为脚扭伤，经理了解情况后还给升了一个景观房，并且及时为我们找来当地的医生为我医治脚伤，客房主管及前台服务员也为我们想方设法给予帮助和服务，大赞一下

这算是红河县最好的酒店了吧，同时也是一家连锁酒店，不过目前还只限于红河州范围内。
酒店整体环境还不错，位置好的房间，早晨起来可看到红河云海，酒店很大，各项设施也还算齐全。
唯一觉得配不上的应该就是早餐了吧，虽说种类也还算多，质量却不高。
另外入住时的大板桌倒是很气派，着实不适用，也给办理入住和退房带来一些不便。

总体不错，房间设施较齐全，热水量大，停车很方便。不足之处就是位置离长水机场很近，飞机起降声音太大，影响休息，房间较小。

云梯酒店算得上是红河县里面比较好的几个酒店之一了，房间也比较新，价格很给力，早餐也挺有特色，周围吃饭的地方也很多，好评。
