到店前碰到一场大雨，淋了一身，打开房门看到超出预期的房间，舒服极了。环境服务卫生都挺好，也很安静，落地窗外风景很美，想体验下自助餐，住店客人有折扣，可惜预订晚了没位置，下次有需要会再次选择这家酒店。

Last minute booking, book at 6am, check-in 12pm on the same day ! very efficient !
Staffs are very helpful , especially those at concierge ! Very good moving in and moving out experience ! So happy able to stay in this hotel for 3 nights in a roll, clean and very nice view !
Very good shuttle bus services as well.

Very clean with an exceptionally large room for Hong Kong. Great view as of the MTR and Shing Mun river as well. Unfortunately just a bit far from the major tourist attractions but it is close to Shek Mun and City One MTR stations

酒店大堂職員態度友善 值得欣賞
房間大致乾淨清潔 感覺舒適
電視亦備有HDMI線 方便客人接駁其他電子產品
十分貼心 如HDMI線更長會更好
早餐轉了外賣形式 接聽電話的職員態度有禮
早餐份量足夠 但款式可多再添加
例如 雞扒、牛扒、魚柳等食物
唯之前看到有其他客人評論提到房間有尿壓氣味
在本次入住房間亦有同樣情況 相信是地毯清潔問題
而在入住前有先查看 酒店表示並非檢疫酒店 因此安心入住
但在同層中見到有其他客人房間門外貼有已完成的測試樣本瓶
感到疑惑

I love staying in this hotel for weekday escape sometimes as it's remote from city. A very clean and tidy room made me totally relaxing. Although the swimming has not yet opened, still can enjoy its 4 hours complimentary bicycle riding though, an enjoyable and comfortable stay.

酒店房間景觀ok, 房間設備新淨，職員態度有禮。除了沖涼房度門推開及拉埋會發出聲響，聲響源自好似有塊膠既物體痴左喺玻璃門腳以防水滲出。由於是Green hotel,房間沒有樽裝水供應，要自備器皿/水樽喺走廊近𨋢位有水機可以添水。樓下有一田超市，買d零食都方便，不過晚上8點就關門，可選擇行約7至8分鐘到碩門站，有商場食肆及超市。早上自助餐食物ok,多選擇，但晚上自助餐可惜試唔到，入住當晚向餐廳職員查詢話已訂滿, 所以要試就入住前提早預約。

乾淨清新，設備不錯，床單枕頭永遠都很乾淨，隔音尚可，廁所也是很乾淨。送了飲品，可樂還有雪碧。唯一就是入住手續太慢前面有個帶狗入住的女人不知為何很慢，另外兩個櫃檯也是各有阻滯，我排隊等了15分鐘，唉。自助餐也好，就是人客真的很多很多，小朋友還有狗，比起以前環境吵鬧。

酒店乾净整潔, 交通方便. 靠近河畔, 景觀很好. 沿河有單車徑和緩跑徑. 適合運動. 附近有購物中心, 也有很多餐廳. 酒店職員服務態度也很好. 不錯的體驗.
