there was the cutest front desk lady i ever met. she is so kind that when I didn't get well prepare of deposit, she asked me to paid afterwards and gave me the room to settle my belongings.

设施：碰巧遇到电梯坏了，酒店没有补救方法。
卫生：让客人从堆满垃圾后巷而且有蟑螂
环境：图片与现场实物有很大区别，地方狭窄的很。卫生间洗澡都转不了身。
服务：最没有想到不配套一次性洗漱用品，问酒店什么不配套。回答的提倡?环保，那可以选择使用环保材料的，而且酒店房费九百多一晚包括饮用水。全要可以自备！

The location and price were good, but unfortunately my experience at check in was disappointing. I booked a non-smoking room, but the room I received had a very strong, unpleasant smell. I had to request a room change right away. The staff assisted, but this issue should not happen in a non-smoking room. Overall, the stay was okay, but the cleanliness and room condition need improvement.

當天酒店幫我免費升級到3人房，間格很好，好似兩間房，真沿室細了點，不過這樣價錢，我比它100分

酒店服務良好在疫情中服務員辛勞清潔消毒,房間整潔價廉物美,因為口岸封关好多香港人不能回深圳居住,只能在香港酒店臨時居住，在太子交通便利最好的選擇
