房间大有30平左右.周边环境卫生不错.也安静.开窗子就能到天下第二泉的公园总的来说是不错的服务态度好

宾馆房间里水壶有脏迹；空调外机箱声音重；热水不稳定；前台付房费说银行卡不能刷；还三星级呢，比连锁酒店还要差。如果不是“十一”，早就不预订这酒店了。同程预订的，到现在跳出来还是待核实入住，迟迟不核房。估计这单生意想跳过同程呢。

说实话，这个酒店有些陈旧，卫生状况也一般！酒店的电梯太可怕！人还没有走进去，门就关闭了，很容易夹到人！估计下次不会再去了！

从无锡站坐出租车14块钱，酒店对面是无锡一中。非常老的酒店，从大堂里面摆着白云冰箱，电梯门口挂满蜘蛛网，酒店房间翻新，但是很大味道，柜子什么的很旧，床上有虫子，淋浴的水超级小，房间的光源很不充足（白天日照还不错），房间的开水壶是完全无法接受的，直接忽略，楼道有地毯，看到有被单被套样的东西在工作房门口的地上丢着，丢几个小时，感觉卫生状况很不好。
