酒店位置非常方便，步行可达天鹅湖、万象城，距离地铁口500米。房间的装潢与格调我都很满意，是我住过的公寓式酒店里很不错的一家了，给满分！！！大赞！还有前台给我办入住的tina也很不错，全程都很耐心地服务，下次还会再来的！

终于找到可以放心带毛孩子入住的公寓啦～合肥盛捷天鹅湖服务公寓宠物友好，环境整洁、空间大，遛宠便利，不用再寄养、不用分开，一家人整整齐齐出行太幸福了。

离市中心特别近，白天出去玩，或者晚上出去吃东西很方便，其本上坐车几分钟就可以到了，房间内所有的一次性用品也都很齐全，按入住天数给的，衞生也很乾净，外卖可以直接送上楼，而且房间里的投影是有会员的，喜欢看电影的真的很需要，入住流程办理很方便，有不懂的，回覆也很及时，下次过来出差，还会选择这家。

酒店环境很好，房间宽敞明亮，衞生做得很到位，床品柔软舒适。前台工作人员热情有礼貌，服务细致贴心，退房的落下的东西有及时联系。地理位置优越，出行方便，周边配套齐全。整体体验超出预期，是一次非常愉快的入住，值得推荐给大家！

The Somerset is a perfect place to stay for a visit to Hefei. The room is spacious, modern and clean. Very close to Swan Lake and multiple malls, restaurants and coffee shops. Very quiet and peaceful. Nice gym. Also close to Line 4 subway stop which goes directly to the Hefei South railway station.

The amenities were complete, like renting a house in a prime location. The room was very large, but you have to wash the dishes yourself; the housekeeper only cleans the room. Breakfast focused on Chinese food, with limited options but delicious. The dining room was very clean.
