办理入住及退房时候，前台四个小姑娘服务都很好，始终保持微笑服务。笑的很真诚，让人能感觉到！微笑成本是最低的，带来的效果却是巨大的，酒店若以此四人微笑为标准，何愁不宾客满天下。我是南七伯爵最早的会员，通过携程订房也就是表达平时诸多不满，因为平时会员，遇到不愉快也没办法表达。客人住进来之后找你们帮忙的基本上都是一些小事情，能帮忙尽量帮忙，实在帮不上也要让客人感觉到你的真诚，希望贵酒店在服务上面能够加强重视！也希望酒店能抽出资金更换一批床垫，让我们下次睡的更舒服一些，酒店地理位置真的算是极佳，停车很方便，真心希望你们能越办越好！

刚开始住的是8023房间 但是窗户只是一整片玻璃 打不开 透光不透气 然后换到对面的8024 因为网站说送的水房间没有 所以又和服务员要的水 整体感觉还算干净 不知道入住的感觉怎么样 房间有衣柜 冰箱 但是冰箱是空的 也没有通电 沐浴液洗发水是袋装的 感觉应该不够用 每个房间有单独的路由器 Wi-Fi有点慢
