当天晚上10点多到的宾馆，外面一看感觉还不错的；
但是入住进去之后，乖乖：
1.简直不敢相信自己的眼睛，竟然是4星级？感觉3星都不如啊；
2.虽然入住是普通标准间，但是毛巾都是起毛的，地毯都是黑乎乎的，非常破旧； 卫生间门和门框，都已经烂掉了； 床头的墙角的踢脚线以及上面的墙纸都完全脱落；
3.晚上要不是太累了，可能会出去另外找一家；
4.洗澡后，竟然没有吹风机，电话问了也没有；
5.退房的时候，服务态度非常好，对得起4星； 只是内部指标确实太差
