非常一般 价格不便宜 但是设施一般 房间内是地暖 不是可控空调 设定温度偏低 盖着被子热 不盖被子冷 马桶不是智能的 冬天去冻臀 房间非常小 且隔音效果非常差 完全没睡好 也就地理位置在中央大街这个优点了 可是这个优点也可有可无 中央大街像步行街 没什么特别有意思的 人很多 附近的餐馆人也很多 不如住远点 打车也不好打 人太多了 等的时间久 中华巴洛克要买冰箱贴可以去 比中央大街便宜 但是如果是去看建筑 也不要抱着太大的期待 跟广州沙麪很相似

体验感很不好，第一，屋子里是地暖，房间没有窗户，很闷不透气，开空调冷，不开热，第二，隔音超级差，旁边房间説话看电视听的清清楚楚很吵，保洁早上八点多就打扫衞生很吵，一会这个门哐一声，一会那个门哐一声，打扫完在楼道聊天叽叽喳喳的，住全季好几年了，这次最差劲
