环境很好，一进大堂就香香的。本来以为酒店比较老，没抱多大期待，但是发现各方面还是很不错的，设施完备，工作人员也很热情。地理位置更是绝佳，就在哈站过个马路的距离，坐机场大巴也方便，出入玩也便捷，点名表扬前台李智英女士，非常热情非常专业。

这家酒店在火车站附近，去中央大街需要打车，规模挺大的，大堂挺宽敞，走进来前台主动问好，矿泉水不够喝，前台100号员工又给拿了几瓶水，还送了个小果盘，很满意。

酒店离哈尔滨站真很近。房间乾净整洁美观。平台定的时候只有标间，办理入住手续时，前台服务员热情帮我换了单人间。因离店早，把备用手机及证件等忘丢在房间抽屉里，酒店李智英女士主动加我微信，帮我通过顺风送到我家里酒，非常热情真心为客人服务一。在此，我也建议酒店表扬奖励李智英女士。总之，在这家酒店确定是我在全世界各国遇到的最好宾馆之一。

酒店位置很好，离哈尔滨火车站很近，从机场过来直接坐大巴到哈尔滨火车站，走几分钟就到。离地铁站和公交站也不远。酒店位置很显眼，而且楼下就有麦当劳，对面就是亚朵。大堂很宽敞明亮。但房间会比较旧，尤其是地毯有点脏。遮光感觉不是很好，前台员工反应慢一点，但是客房服务人员很好。

这家酒店的服务真的是一流！?? 我们一到就被热情接待，火车早6点就到了，服务员的态度超级好帮助及时安排了房间。。有任何需求他们都会立刻满足，让我们感到无比舒适和贴心。而且还送了欢迎水果，真是太棒啦！酒店离哈尔滨站非常近，步行几百米就到了，非常方便。

设施齐全，客用电梯方便快捷，酒店外立面及大堂漂亮壮观，交通方便离哈尔滨站及地铁站很近。机场巴士站离酒店更近。到中央大街步行街乘地铁只有二站路，周边商铺林立生活方便，唯一不足的是酒店门口停车场地狭窄，叫出租或网约车时停车比较困难。

很感谢大厅经理周洋，出现一点小状况，及时帮忙解决，还帮忙买药。在大厅门口等我们很久。呵护备至！十分感动！因为带了老妈，需要冰箱放胰岛素，积极给调换搭房间。店内设施齐备，略微有一些局促和陈旧！标准老四星酒店。
