说部分有窗，根本就没有，入住的时候一股烟味直接把人熏出来了，房间内电话不好使，下楼找了吧台服务员要求换房间说五楼没有了，我问就五楼一层是客房吗，服务员说对，说退不了就这一间房了，我说屋内烟味特重，自己又去找楼层打扰的人了空气清新剂，结果到晚上睡觉的时候真的很后悔，三楼四楼都是KTV，一晚上也没怎么睡，也不知道唱到几点。网上预定直接交了押金，结果退房了两天也没给退，我给酒店打电话还说得找领导签字，收押金的时候怎么没见找领导签字。
