一塌糊涂。首先，我这个是在网上提前付费的，到了酒店居然告诉我没房了，那退钱呀！没房也不肯退钱！其次，给我调到个房间是大床房，我说我订的双床，酒店电话给订房的旅行社，旅行社一口咬定我订的大床，我拿出手机订单白纸黑字写的双床，酒店最后给我调了双床。最后，什么五星级，设施老旧，早饭潦草，一股霉味，大夏天的说泳池维修不开放，放南方也就是3星的规格。
