酒店位置佳，属于旅游黄金地段。房间宽敞明亮，乾净衞生。前台姑娘服务态度很好。希望设施上加以改进，比如床品能否加个靠帎，偏低的忱头多加一个，或一个忱头加厚点。电梯的脚毯看着真该换了。总之评价满意。

头一天入住只给一副一次性拖鞋，浴室没拖鞋，洗完澡只能穿着湿拖鞋。第二天又要一副一次性拖鞋才有的换。
浴缸较小，能凑合使。洗手盆下水极慢。
酒店WiFi上不去，打电话问前台説维修中，住了四天也没修好。
隔音一般。
只有六楼保洁大姐服务比较好。心里舒服点凑活住了。

第一次住酒店想吵架！
订了120寸影音房，给我开了个配老旧电视机且没有一个电视台的房间。工程师来帮我修，説今天修不好，你们克服一下，明天再来修。（到了第二天下午两点也没来修）
床单上（7楼）都是黑点点（看图三），浴室地上还有不明毛发。我只能烧水重新打扫衞生。
第二天我去找前台反馈影音房问题，他説“你有什么诉求？”，我説“你房型开错了（影音房），不该给我换房间吗？”。
他回到“房型没错，只是投影仪坏了，拿去修了。”（看图一图二都没有投影仪和幕布的位置，请问修投影仪顺便墙面补洞了吗？正常房间在图五图六）
然后给我换房间，我收行李下楼，结果这房间有人！一家三口男的赤裸上身，气势汹汹过来，我都害怕！对门刚开房，拿着房卡也打不开门，一肚子火大。
下楼继续交涉换房间，新房间刚打扫出来，水池里还有假睫毛（最后一张图）。晚上洗漱发现没给我配备拖鞋和牙具。（这个是要前台给的，前台又没给我）
住了两晚，交涉过程中没有任何歉意，还觉得我要换房有问题。中央大街那么多酒店，不是非得住这一家！！！

虽然酒店没有特别新，但空间大，这次入住体验堪称完美！
必须实名表扬6楼的保洁赵姐，用三个词总结就是：专业！细致！暖心！
?衞生细节控：房间和浴室都打扫得挖光鋥亮发光，床品每天更换带着阳光的味道，强迫症患者都被治癒了！
????育儿神助攻：最感动的是赵姐对带娃家庭的照顾！早晨吃早餐时宝宝在睡觉，我跟赵姐打声招呼让她帮听着点儿，赵姐不仅及时安抚睡醒哭闹的宝宝，还抱孩子给我送到餐厅，真是太贴心啦！
???需求预判王：每天都会贴心补充双倍矿泉水，有种"未説出口就被满足"的服务，绝对是教科书级别的！
这样的员工绝对是酒店的宝藏！已经把这家店列入"带娃出行必选清单"，冲着赵姐都要再来住！建议酒店给赵姐发"首席暖心服务官"聘书！

房间面积挺宽敞，衞生真的一般，装修的更一般，浴室居然是贴的不粘胶的纸改造的，设施老旧，就是地理位置方便，在马迭尔宾馆对面，吃饭，洗澡游玩都方便，下楼就能去泡大澡。好地段，衞生和总枱服务都不行，住三天，第一天入住给了餐票，不一次性给全，第二天打电话要我去取的，没有几个保洁，自助早餐35元，不如10元路边摊。第一天入住浴房里一堆头发，地面毛毛绒绒，被子床单都换新了。总之体验一般，不像星级宾馆。

Location is great. Housekeeping did not respect the do not disturb sign. As the room had no window you should expect a good airconditioner but there wasn’t. The room smelled to the drainage of the bathroom.

Older hotel seems to be called Dreamland hotel. Older fittings etc. but huge room, large bathroom with bath and separate shower. Comfortable beds, clean. Restaurant and housekeeping staff efficient and friendly and most of reception staff even though no english spoken. Breakfast each day an excellent selection of Chinese dishes. Reception staff who checked us in gave the impression she was less than pleased we were there and the lady running the tour desk would not even try to communicate with us via translation app and was quite rude, which left a bit of a sour taste. Happily a member of the Modern Hotel staff over the road spoke English and was happy to answer our questions.

订的是传说中的豪华大床房，一进屋就是有点冷，空调不让开，开了也是冷气，电视就是个摆设没有节目……想洗个澡吧，还没有热水，马桶还堵住了，上个厕所还要跑到一楼。下楼听见给好评送礼品，礼品我就不要了，说说实话就完事了，百分百不敢再来了！
