十一去哈尔滨玩 找的这家酒店非常满意 早餐真是太丰盛了 爸妈都很满意 房间也挺乾净的 离地铁口也挺近 性价比很高 就是酒店门口停车不太方便 但是酒店前台的姐人太好了 有交警来还主动帮我们挪车 玩的非常开心

十一带孩子去哈尔滨旅游入住东龙大酒店。酒店位置绝佳，离哈尔滨火车站600米，距离南岗商业街400米，距离果戈里大街秋林公司，奋斗市场500米。酒店大气开阔，房间住的很舒服，打扫也很乾净。前台人员客气有礼。早点也非常丰盛。临走还送格瓦斯饮料。真是美好的酒店经历。下次有机会还会入住。

酒店离哈尔滨火车站近，离地铁站也不远，交通位置方便！
房间还可以，视野不错！就是设施有一定年纪！
早餐自助还不错！
入住当天下午有暴雨，服务人员很贴心问每间房是否需要关窗，这点是做的不错的！

环境一般，位置挺好，地铁很近！兑换的升房也没升！一个玻璃杯孩子装奶酪玩，保洁特意敲门问，装了什么，感觉在质问一样！再有人隔音一点不好！走廊里説话听的很清楚，非要説好，只有位置好！离博物馆比较近，床都起皮了，两个凳子还不一致！设施真的无法説！

Room's conditon matches the photo. Everything is as per the expectation. Good breakfast. The breakfast buffet provided a mix of Chinese and Western dishes. The receptionists were helpful with taxi booking for early morning transfer to the airport. Even though they did not speak English, it was ok to communicate using the translator.

酒店服务态度非常好，卫生很干净，早餐不错，酒店位置优越，离商场，医院都很近，交通便利，是个不错的选择。经济房实惠，就是床有点小，其他都满意！

前台服务太差，办理入住时没有其他客人，前台三个服务员自己玩自己的，说话不理人，说了第三遍才应了一声。入住后发现与网上订的房间不相符，网上订的是标准间a，实际房型是标准间b，向前台反馈给的理由是标准间a离电梯口近，怕客人觉得吵，连问都没问一声，一点表达错误的意思都没有，每次来哈尔滨都住的是这个酒店，这次发生这样的事太失望了。
