该酒店服务极差，订的豪华单间，到店后服务员直接办理了商务标准间，给房卡时告诉我没房了，给我升级到商务标间，网上一查商务标间比豪单低一级，忽悠人，还说爱到哪投诉就去投诉吧，该服务员简直一付无赖加强盗的嘴脸！这样的人也能从事服务业？
后来换个人才给升级房型。该酒店的诚信度太差。
