房卡只给一张，取电卡没有，跟前台要求再做一张房卡，前台説没有房卡了，房间地漏是堵的洗完一个人基本衞生间水都满了，半个小时没漏下去，床头呼叫器是坏的，大半夜满楼道找客房大姐给疏通地漏
