房间整洁，但灯光较暗，服务员态度可以，前台一位吕小姐帮忙付车费，非常感谢她。
房间灯光希望可以光一点，最唔习惯就是水压太低，希望可以改善就好了。

家庭出游，服务枱见人多行李多主动升级套房。房间面积大，设施乾净，房内灯光明亮温馨，建议桌上假花拿掉，电吹风更新。多配一些老虎元素的伴手礼，早餐品质一般。添加的矿泉水不建议另收费。

酒店前台服务很好，很客气，想得很周到，特别是有位王雪丹经理，值得表扬，帮忙给我拿行李，指引带路。房间也很不错，中规中矩，性价比很高

冰雪大世界最后一个周末去的，定了这个酒店，就在地铁口，方便极了。门口二号线地铁，直通中央大街。房间很大，布置简洁，很满意。
