Very nice place within easy walking distance from Harbin Railway station. Comfortable beds, very quiet, we had a good night sleep. Plenty of eating options around the hotel.

Arrived quite late to hotel after a long trip and the only thing you want is to take a shower…wait…not possible to take a shower since they forgot to clean the room…the solution? No shower, sleep and the day after change hotel. The hotel should compensate something but I didn’t ask..

For two nights it was ok but not for more. Breakfast was not good as well as the cleanliness of the room was dirty. Ok for visiting the Ice and Snow Festival.

I was disappointed with my stay here despite paying for close to 600rmb per night (5 nights).
Our towels were torned and badly damaged (literally 70% ruined) , the bathroom has a very bad foul smell throughout our stay.
Despite changing a new room, the towels given to us again were torned once more.
Truly believe that this is not a hotel standard to treat your paying guests something spoiled/broken or damaged.
Restaurant server was rude and fierce to us when we asked for plain water.
Harbin being the top travel destination yet you guys ruined the accommodation standards.

The hotel was near the train station, what makes it very convenient. It is in a small street behind. The room was clean and more than enough for a night passing by. Will come back.
