在我入住期间，没通知我就私自换了别的房间放不下的大牀头柜，牀头柜离墙这么远就觉得放我的房间大小合适？让他们换回来説都下班了只能我换房间。我换去的房间没人住并且都是小牀头柜。
还有地巾每天都有块红色 跟洗不净一样
