Upon checking into my room, I discovered that the TV was broken and cracked. When I inquired about changing the TV or the room, I felt that the reception staff was not very helpful in accommodating my requests. They provided various excuses, but it took some time for them to finally change the room.
The breakfast was not particularly enjoyable. The bread was thick and stale, and they didn’t have any butter. The food was also not warm, and most of the dishes consisted of vegetables and pork.
The free bathhouse and steam ticket were okay, though. I had a foot massage, but the masseuse seemed quite lazy. He only rubbed my foot for about 10 minutes and kept dropping a cup. He also seemed more interested in picking up things that guests had left behind, including a cigarette pack. Even the other masseuse who was massaging my wife’s foot told him several times not to do that, but he kept doing it.
Overall, this Holiday Inn Express looks clean and comfortable, but the service could be improved. It’s an express, so I can’t expect too much, but it would be nice if they could be more attentive to their guests.

酒店环境很舒服，装修风格简约大气。入住体验超棒！房间宽敞明亮，设施齐全好用，隔音效果好很安静。工作人员服务周到，有需求响应快，住得很舒心，推荐给大家！太喜欢这家酒店了，前台小姐姐服务非常热情，为我推荐周边吃的，玩的，不花钱就有当地小导游！早咖啡，很不错哦！

房间舒适：房间乾净明亮，床品舒适，晚上睡得超香，洗漱用品质量也不错。
服务贴心：前台办理入住迅速，还贴心推荐了周边好玩的地方。退房时询问入住感受，很注重客人体验。
早餐丰盛：早餐种类丰富，热菜、水果、饮品一应俱全，吃饱了再开启一天行程。
性价比超高，推荐给来会展中心出差或参展的朋友！

. 智选假日会展中心店，出差党闭眼冲！步行到会展中心只要 10 分钟，不用赶早高峯太爽了。房间乾净整洁，床品软硬刚好，睡一晚彻底缓解疲劳。前台办理入住超快，还主动给了会展指南和周边美食推荐。早餐热乎又丰富，现煮麪条和咖啡很赞。性价比和便利性都拉满，下次来这边开会还选这儿！

房间乾净，没有衞生死角，一次性用品也非常乾净，而且很全面，价格方面也很不错 可能是暑期刚过就很便宜，性价比很高，早餐丰富还很好吃，门前还有大大停车场开车来的很方便，更要表扬的是门前看停车场大爷热情还负责任，车窗没关，联系不上我，给我看半宿车，非常感谢，很不错的一次旅行，完美收官，给经理点建议办理入住位置不要放糖果，孩子拿了好多，牙该吃坏了，还有个服务经理男士黑黑的 个子高高的 帮忙给孩子提行李，非常感谢

太惊艳了，南直路249号的这家智选酒店，环境真好。房间打扫的特别乾净，服务人员的态度也特别的好，服务很周到很贴心。早餐也好吃，我工作回来还洗了个澡，信恒浴馆泡澡搓澡太舒服了哈哈哈。本人强烈推荐这家酒店，吃喝玩乐一应俱全。超??

有免费停车场 保安会主动帮忙摆车位。新车女司机也不怕停车 特别感谢保安大哥。房间乾净 空调特别凉爽 这季节能给24小时恒温空调 睡觉特别舒服 前台美女服务态度也特别礼貌 下次还会来 对了好有早餐 也特别好 有现磨咖啡 还有爱心形煎蛋仪式感满满。可以找前台要门票去 洗浴健身和汗蒸哦 也超级棒
