Really nice hotel with super friendly staff. They even hand write a note for you on your 1st check in day. They provide unlimited free mineral bottled water. Staff are all very poliet and knowledgeable. The hotel location is just opposite 中央大街. 10mins walk away from 红专早市

地理位置超好，酒店对面就是中央大街，超大的落地窗，站在房间里就可以看到绚丽的街景。服务也很周到，入住的时候看到带孩子就主动送了小孩的日常用品，酒店很安静，室内温度也适中，还送了免费下午茶。特别好！

房间非常乾净整洁 地理位置非常好 楼下就是中央大街 交通非常便利有地铁站 打车非常方便直接到酒店大堂就出发一点都不带冷的 服务态度非常好 很暖心 非常满意的一次入住体验 ！下次来哈尔滨还会预订这家酒店 非常推荐！

Prefect location facing main street attraction literally out of the lobby and made our experience comfortable! There is also a restaurant on the ground floor which we also recommend for a quick option!

The hotel staff were wonderful; they cleaned my room impeccably, even folding my dry-cleaned clothes on the bed. The front desk staff were also very friendly, helping me order takeout and carry heavy items. Overall, I felt like I was being taken care of by family. ??
酒店服务人员很好，把我的房间打扫得非常干净，连在床上的干洗衣服也帮我折迭好，柜台的服务人员也很亲切，帮忙订购外卖提重物。整体居住感觉好像有家人照顾一样??
