家庭房非常适合一家四口出行，备注了特殊要求，前台提前联系还很贴心拍了房间的视频。入住时前台看带孩子，多给了备品。客房服务员第一天打扫房间看到带孩子多放了四瓶水，非常贴心。深夜粥到确实很周到，白天胡吃海塞晚上喝个粥吃个小咸菜非常舒适

酒店位于松北融创茂旁边，非常幽静、乾净、整洁，服务人员都很客气微笑服务，外卖可由机器人送餐。因此，来哈尔滨第一天住在这里，驾车环小兴安岭线走好之后，离开哈尔滨最后一天也选择住在这里。

The manager is very helpful, he drive us around to buy winter clothing since we arrive at harbin quite unprepared. Breakfast is varied with good quality.

This is a well designed hotel and had everything I needed for my stay in Harbin. My room was comfortable, and I appreciated the bottles of water provided every day. The humidifier in the room helped lessen the effect of the air conditioning, which can be drying when staying for a while. The hotel also provides very useful extras such as alcohol wipes in the room everyday. I had food delivered to my room via robot which was interesting! The only thing I missed in my room was a fridge and they only provided tea and not coffee in the room.
The facilities at the hotel are good, I used the gym which is small but provides weights, a running machine, mats, resistance bands etc. There is also a laundry room which is well stocked with detergent, softener and disinfectant as well as tumble dryers and ironing facilities.
The hotel is only a short walk or drive from a big mall if you need to go to the supermarket or grab a coffee at Starbucks.

房间特别舒服，早餐丰富，立春特意做了春饼春卷，服务热情周到，一楼的书区，书籍种类较多有许多绘本， 孩子很喜欢。非常值得推荐的酒店。
