Had very good experience in the hotel for my family trip during their popular season in winter! The staff are very friendly which really impressed me. I ordered some famous yogurt to hotel before arriving the hotel. Without any notifications, the staff helped me to keep in the fridge as they noticed that it’s yogurt inside the box. ????????????I left some kids winter clothes in the room as I dun need them anymore after the trip. The staff also called me to double confirm whether they r unwanted or forgotten.
The room is spacious and clean. The breakfast is quite yummy too!
Will definitely stay again in my next China trip!

Overall, this is a great hotel, like all hotels in this chain. Nice, clean, bright rooms, excellent sleep quality, good pillows, everything you need in the room, including a mini-fridge. Good breakfasts, including vegetables, meat, and everything you need for breakfast. The hotel's location is decent, with two huge shopping centers nearby and close enough to the city center and all the main attractions.
The only downside is that during our seven-night stay, the bed linens weren't changed even once. Overall, I recommend this excellent place.

到达哈尔滨比较晚了，前台非常热情地接待，还接了热水。将我遗落到前台的身份证和提前寄到的快递送到了房门口，特别周到。配备的洗衣房和挂烫机很乾净，很方便。电梯也是刷卡上行，所以觉得很安心。房间的布局也很好，床垫舒适，还有喝茶的小杯子，很精致。整体配色以及环境设定给我的感觉就是朴实且踏实。

性价比绝了的五星酒店！位置优越，出行便利；房间宽敞明亮，乾净衞生，隔音效果很好，完全不吵。床很舒服，枕头软硬适中，出差住完精力满满。服务高效贴心，有需求响应很快。早餐食材新鲜，品类齐全，能满足不同口味。整体体验非常好，下次出差还会选择这里，强烈推荐给大家！

酒店的位置停车非常不方便，车子停在酒店门口车位上被高空抛物砸了玻璃，找酒店前台调监控不给调，前台男服务员让报警，态度冷漠。
