Atour is truly one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in during my travels to Harbin. The cleanliness, location, and overall service are spectacular and absolutely top-notch.
One standout highlight is the free on-site laundry service, which made it incredibly convenient to travel light—something I really appreciated, especially during winter travel. A comfortable, well-managed hotel that delivers an excellent guest experience from start to finish.

挺推荐他家的 尤其是冬季来哈尔滨自驾游玩的朋友 他家停车巨方便 有一个自有的院子 交通上门口几十米就是公滨路地铁站 附近吃的水平也都在线 没什么网红馆子 都是本地人吃的 服务和配套就是亚朵一贯的水平和标准 真没必要硬挤中央大街

这次入住体验超惊喜！酒店位置优越，步行几分钟就到商圈和地铁站，出行超方便。房间乾净整洁无异味，床品柔软亲肤，洗漱用品品质在线，衞生间乾湿分离设计很贴心。前台服务热情周到，办理入住退房高效，还耐心解答游玩疑问，早餐种类丰富新鲜，性价比绝了，下次来还选这家！

第一次住亚朵，整体感受非常好，香氛舒服，房间布局用心，设施选择很有质感，选品用心（小冰箱里的茶真好喝），衞生整洁乾净。大大的閲读室洒满阳光，也是第一次看到如此认真选书的酒店。
早餐丰富但不是品种泛滥那种，中西口味都能满足，乾乾净净，新鲜可口。
酒店的服务也好，我们半夜办理的入住，小姐姐一点疲态都没有，高效专业还非常有亲和力，帮我们升级了房间。上午一个小哥哥打电话问是否还要续住，我们説不用了，他很贴心的补充説不用着急，下午两点才退房……
如果説一个酒店的硬件是必需品，但服务的质量决定了酒店是否有温度。
之前同学一直住也听ta总是推荐，这次住，才理解ta对亚朵的喜欢和信任，住亚朵，有种旅途中被关爱的感觉
