室外零下20多度，室内没有地暖，只有一个中央空调。下地铁直奔酒店发现2个矮的枕头是脏的，上面有很多黑色的绒毛和短头发，洗手盆和牀头柜都有头发，服务员上来换乾净枕头套的时候，告诉她，我们要外出吃饭，请她在擦一下那俩处。结果吃饭回来，头发依然还在。晚上10点左右室内实在是太冷了，打电话问服务员是不是地暖坏了，服务员説没有坏，她上楼来看，结果告诉我们地暖是好的，但是屋子木板是冰凉的，问她为什么会这样子，她解释不了，告诉我们冷就把空调开大一点，要求换房间，告诉我们没有空余的房间。活生生冻了一晚，体验过太差了。第二天换到旁边酒店后才感受到有地暖和没有地暖的差别。真的是店大欺客。

南方人冬天第一次到东北在亚朵酒店感受春的温暧！房间室温合适，淋浴温暖，知道我们去冰雪大世界玩，免费提供暖宝宝，连住四晚，每天早餐都有不同的惊喜！最后一晚瓶盖没拧紧水洒了一些在被孑，前台知晓后迅速换了张新的！宾至如归感觉陡增！

这次入住体验超棒！位置便利，步行就能到地铁口，周边逛吃很方便。房间乾净整洁，床品柔软亲肤，浴巾一客一换，洁白无污渍，细节处尽显用心。房间隔音很好，没有噪音，很安静，睡得很好。
前台服务热情周到，办理入住高效，还贴心推荐了本地游玩路线。

Excellent location. Very comfortable beds and good room sizes. Ample choice for buffet breakfast (Chinese style). Very friendly accommodating staff. I would stay there again.

晚上到的，前台一位大姐态度爱答不理的，房间选的无烟房进去一股烟味，厕所一股反上来的臭味经久不衰，住过最差劲的亚朵没有之一。一觉醒来浑身不适，已经发烧两天了。赶紧换酒店。服务差 衞生差。你要是一百多的酒店就算了。十分生气，此店拉黑。
