刚刚从凯瑞酒店离开。服务真是有待改善！
第一天到达，前台check in后俾房，咁我哋expect间房已经ready，点知上到去，清洁姐姐问我哋边间房，答咗佢之后，佢就话未处理好，立即清洁。今日我哋都唔想去催佢嘅，冇耐之后，佢哋就话搞掂，咁我哋就入房。点知入到去就见到一嚿尘。同埋上一手客人嘅胶布仲黐住咗喺厕所洗手枱。咁我哋就一心谂住可能佢想尽快处理好比我哋，咁所以都算。点知第2日叫佢清洁房间嘅时候，嗰旧尘同块胶布仲存在。床上枕头同用过嘅水杯系冇执好或清洁好。佢只系换咗毛巾，额外俾多咗两对拖鞋同埋牙膏牙刷。

房间灯没有办法完全打开，好几个不亮。掀开被子有一只蟑螂，再一抖又掉出来一只，地上也都是蟑螂，不知道这个酒店怎么拿到的四星。。。
