  The room next to ours has been under renovation day and night, with loud drilling noises constantly. I’ve never experienced a hotel like this in my life. Truly disappointed.

  Pretty decent hotel with a variety of amenities. It's not very close to the touristy area of Hanoi so do expect some travel time, and the current renovation within the hotel is a bit noisy during the day.

  必须给这家酒店一个五星好评！从进门的那一刻起就感受到了宾至如归的温暖。 1. 服务： 前台小姐姐/小哥哥笑容特别甜，办理速度很快，还主动帮我们到了蜂蜜柠檬水。 2. 衞生： 房间非常乾净整洁，床品乾爽没有异味，衞生间也没有水渍，住着很安心。 3. 设施： 床垫软硬适中，枕头也很舒服，淋浴出水快且水温稳定。早餐种类丰富。 总之，这次入住体验远超预期，下次来河内还会选择这家！

  设施：比较好 衞生：很乾净 环境：还不错 服务：相当好 服务员乐于助人，房间整洁。就是被子有点热，晚上睡觉出汗，开空调了又冷，这样容易感冒。其他都还不错。
