地理位置极佳，紧邻地铁5号线就在旁边， 大厅有一股淡淡的香味，晚上选了朝院子的房间，夜晚还是十分安静的，房间床上用品还是很柔软的，睡觉很舒服。浴室的花洒水压充足，洗浴舒服。前台专业服务热情。????

性价比比较高，前台的美女办事效率很高，位置优越，在建国路与解放路路口.到西湖15到20分钟，门口公交线路多，地铁5号线万安桥站就在旁边，总之非常方便.

在这个价格里很不错了！服务人员很好的回应了我们的换房需求，房间乾净，早餐品种丰富有咖啡机，麪疙瘩一定要尝试一下。遗憾电视机有点老旧不智能，早餐里面西式品种可以丰富一下。

房间的床垫软硬适中，枕头支撑超舒服，出差睡一觉直接满血复活。前台服务效率绝了，开票、打印文件秒处理，还意外享了免费升房。位置更是没话説，离浙二医院、浙一，市三医院，城站火车站（杭州站）超近，距离西湖直线距离1.3，周边杭帮麪馆、菜市场都在步行范围，吃住行一站式搞定。

预订前有些担心，看酒店介绍有些年头了，但实际入住发现还是挺不错的，性价比非常高，前台的工作人员服务很好，酒店保养的也不错，衞浴设备比较乾净，周边交通方便，去哪儿都方便，下次还会入住。

酒店整体很好，一进门就闻到一股淡淡的香味，很舒服。位置近西湖和银泰in77，酒店有免费停车很方便，设施齐全，洗衣房和机器人都有，房间衞生整体乾净，床品很舒服睡的也很香，酒店前台和客房服务人员都很赞，热情有礼貌。

酒店位置方便，门口就有公交站，可以直达西湖边。前台旁边就放有店附近的景点指示图，介绍了酒店中河边上的景点，房间装饰中国风，设施齐全。店里有洗衣房，住宿免费停车，服务人员态度都很好，热情周到！
