应该是比较老的酒店了，隔音效果非常差，白天外面一直在装修，半夜一两点隔壁的交谈声一清二楚，导致完全没睡好。携程订单显示含早，结果早起去餐厅的时候工作人员刷卡显示没有早餐，本想拿出订单解释，却被拦住説哎呀反正你就一个人直接进去吃吧，显得我好像占了很大便宜一样。而且早餐种类很少，口味也一般，小馒头甚至是冷的。总之体验不是很好，不像星级酒店该有的水准。

优点：第一天傍晚到酒店入住前台给升级了行政房，低楼层的，房间乾净整洁。缺点：但是想续住时接到电话，电话里前台态度有些强硬要求我换楼层，竟然安排了顶楼23层的压抑有味道的背阴（外面不远处有工地施工的嘈杂声）房间，令人不悦，进去待了一分钟，感觉房间磁场不对，让人不舒服，立马退出房间下楼和前台沟通我需要安静，房间敞亮舒适最好低楼层向阳的房间，好在有一位服务不错的前台服务员小姐姐态度很好，立马打电话给我安排，其理解能力共情力强，我要给点个赞，后来最终给我安排到位。去看了下确实房间确实不错，这点很满意。但个人行程改变，最终未选择续住，有点遗憾。下次来杭州，还选之江。

The stay was excellent. The location is excellent since the subway is not that far, apart from the nearby viewing spots for travellers. Breakfast was good, staffs are cordial (though their English speaking skill is rather non-existing(!), which is in contrast to the facilities claims on the site.) Overall, it is a comfortable place to stay.

不愧是90年代的酒店，墙板是有多薄？才能在晚上10点半，把隔壁男女讲话听得清清楚楚，连他们的手机微信讯息的震动声都听得到，住酒店这么多年，第一次体验到这种纸皮墙的隔音，房间处处透露着年代感，建议还是多花一点钱，换一个新一点酒店买个安静吧. 早餐一大堆的人，乱糟糟的现场啊，一看就是旅行团住的酒店，避雷。
