房间挺大的，基本上可以住四个人，是上下铺。但是窗户坏了，锁不上，后续谘询也没有解决这个问题。打扫房间的阿姨说话温温柔柔的，很好。总体来讲，2月份的时候，这个房间的性价比很高。如果窗户没坏，卫生间没有异味的话，整体这个房间确实很不错。去西湖也挺方便的，买各种吃的，找各个吃饭的地方也非常方便。出了公寓，夜晚有夜市，一堆摆摊卖各种小饰物的。整体感觉不错。

到杭州市看西湖，酒店公寓距离西湖比较近，步行十分钟即可到达，骑共享单车三五分钟即到到达，酒店服务人员服务态度很好，房间设施齐全。

The room is in building B. But we need to go to building A to check in. Basic room for family’s needs. Direct view to West lake and close to bike rental. Cleanliness is just basic, lots of dust at the corner.

It was a very bad experience. The room was all dirty and old, furniture was broken and repaired with tap, or not fixed at all. The service from reception was horrible, very rude and not helpful at all, it seemed they were laughing at us when we were trying to get another room. We asked for a complaint form and they just laughed.
I don't recommend this hotel. Horrible experience.
