艺龙的地址有误，导致我们走错路。发票不能及时寄出，29号离店，淘宝快递都是2月1日停寄，居然不能帮我寄发票，客服回复我是29号以后都不能快递了，2月3日后顺丰也不送了，要年后16号才给寄，难道艺龙的快递不一样的！本来就是等着放假前报销的，艺龙这次的服务非常不满意。下次找酒店开发票，不要要艺龙代开发票的酒店。接下去说说酒店，房间比较小，门窗锁坏了，（一楼），环境不错

在西溪湿地芦茭景区附近，环境在春天应该是很好的，这个冬季显不出优势，自驾车停车方便，整体感觉上档次。

超赞的环境。一条弯弯的小石板路进去，庭院深深深几许，越深越期待。客房中式风格，真想一直住下去。

酒店在景区内，环境很不错。 是个休闲的好场所。
即使步行到西溪天堂商业区也很近啊。
小缺点是隔音似乎不是特别好。

总体感觉不错，到店升级成四合苑房，房间的确略有点霉味，但估计是田园酒店没办法，总体不影响居住，早晨可以景区转转，空气超好。
