这次入住最大的亮点就是酒店的服务！每一位员工都面带微笑，主动问好。 办理入住时，前台小哥看我们带着孩子，主动免费帮我们升级了家庭房，还贴心介绍周边游玩的路线， 第二天游玩回来有点累，还免费延迟了一个小时，让我们多休息下，这些小细节真的太戳心了！ 酒店不只是一座建筑，更因为里面的人而充满温度。感谢你们让我们有了家外之家的感觉。强烈推荐！

非常满意的一次入住。酒店各方面都符合预期。衞生是亮点，房间和公共区域都打扫得非常乾净。设施齐全，所需用品都有提供。酒店有茶文化主题的设计，环境雅致。服务人员能及时响应需求。步行到西湖景点的距离可以接受。

入住体验良好，值得五星。酒店最大的优势是位置，距离花港观鱼约800米，散步过去很轻松。酒店内部环境安静，适合休息。房间布局合理，衞生做得彻底，床品舒适。工作人员服务专业，有礼貌。是一次没有遇到任何问题的顺利入住。

西湖茶墅酒店提供了非常完整和便利的住宿体验和良好的衞生状况外，酒店的餐饮配套是一大亮点。
早餐种类足够，口味不错。更重要的是，午晚餐也能在酒店解决，菜品以本地特色为主，对于不想外出觅食的游客非常方便。设施上，酒店的茶室和小茶园很有特色，住了两天，晚上在茶室安静地喝杯茶感觉很放松，为行程增添了不同的体验。
服务和环境一如既往地保持水准。对于希望行程更从容的旅客来説，这是一个很踏实的选择。

酒店坐落在西湖风景区里，环境非常棒，院子里面是个茶园，有休闲喝茶的地方，周边的景区也都很近，随时步行就可以在周边逛逛。
虽説这个酒店建造的时间比较长，装修风格也较传统，但其实维护还是可以的，阿姨衞生打扫也蛮乾净的，所以在入住期间整体的体验还是非常好的。

环境特别好，院子中间有一片茶园，雨后特别出片，房间的床垫睡的特别舒服，早餐也好吃，酒店距离乌龟潭特别近，就在他们家后门，距离西湖步行只要十五分钟，散着步就过去了，哈哈哈，还会再来的。

I stayed at this hotel for two nights and had a very pleasant experience. Located to the west of West Lake (西湖), the hotel is beautifully hidden in the forest, blending seamlessly with nature. It consists of several small buildings surrounding a pond, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.
The room was clean and well-maintained, with very comfortable beds. The hotel staff were kind, attentive, and professional, which made the stay even more enjoyable.
Although it's a bit far from the metro, it’s still conveniently located near major tourist attractions, making it a great base for exploring Hangzhou.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat close to nature while still having access to the city’s highlights.

It is a nice little accommodation at the other parts of West Lake. No metro nearby. Can easily get Didi to town and main gate of West Lake within 20mins. Good breakfast. Very prompt service. Room is very cold due to malfunction of heater but they quickly send over a portable heater fan.

Authentic, intimate, hospitable in the ideal location with a small restaurant serving well prepared local (and I think other regional Chinese) food catering for hotel guests, and it seems also frequented by locals.
The sort of accommodation I'm always on the look out for when travelling around China.
