逸酒店曾经是杭州我最喜欢的酒店，然而时隔多年再次入住，感受到的却是无声的衰败，令人失望和遗憾。可能是经济下行的影响吧。
设施：酒店的设计很高级，将内敛克制的东方审美与简约高冷的现代美学融合得恰到好处。但很多部位装修老化，略有衰败之感。走道和房间的墙面鼓包随处可见，我的房间霉味严重，不得不长时间开窗。晚上出来散步，回酒店时看到楼顶的霓虹灯也残缺了。
衞生：没有给高分是因为餐厅。房间衞生还是可以的，但餐厅问题比较多。布艺座椅上有污渍，餐桌收拾得不及时，而且收拾得很潦草，餐盘也有一些没洗乾净。
服务：相比多年前，服务下滑得很多。早餐简陋，自助部分连全季和亚朵都不如，单点部分只限1份，餐厅看不到服务员。客房服务也有问题。上午出门时按了打扫房间，晚上回来时房间纹丝未动。也没有开夜床服务。前台服务也不如以前职业化。元旦自己来杭州度假，本来想住四季酒店，但因对逸酒店有感情，还是选了住老地方，然而真的是比较失望？

Breakfast was bad. Little variety and food was not hot.
I am staying at Level 9, which is non-smoking rooms. But cog butt can be seen at the bin near the lift. Some of the nights, I can smell cig smoke smell from my room.

地理位置还可以，楼下很多吃饭的地方，离地铁站也比较近，套房很乾净很大，这个主题套房也可以打**很方便。酒店大堂很大有设计感，门口还有自助扫码电动车租借，很方便游客，Amy服务热情态度好，酒店性价比高。

我去这家酒店的原因就是看中“杭州”两字，一直觉得能以杭州冠名的酒店一定有杭州特色，果然没有让我失望。酒店大堂有设计感，香氛阵阵，前台接待热情礼貌，工作效率好的没话説，Amy点赞。房间明亮、宽敞，床品，衞生间乾乾净净，电视信号很清晰，洗漱用品，护发素，护肤露齐全。值得一提隔音良好！对于睡眠不好的人来説可以説是非常友好了，所以入住体验很好，下次还会去。
