没有备用被子 询问是否能多给一床被子 服务态度差 没有人情味 给了我很不好的住房体验 入住第一晚就感冒 以至于后面的行程无法继续 很失望

入住当天办理入住后拿着房卡去房间既然开不了门，不知道前台是怎么工作的，也不知道领导是怎么培训的前台的，然后打了前台电话告诉他们情况，他们说让服务生来先给我开门，既然等了快5分钟才来，我去一根烟都抽完了，服务生都还没来，这酒店的服务真心不敢恭维，还是在西湖旁，真无语。
